Present – Michael Abraham, Dennis Cecere, Peggy Codding, Peter Cokkinias, Marti Epstein, Rich Grudzinski, Danny Harrington, Jeff Perry, Wendy Rolfe, Jackson Schultz, David Scott, and Will Silvio.

1. Marti made a motion to accept the minutes from the previous meeting. Peggy seconded and the vote was unanimous to accept the minutes.
    
2. Marti made a motion to give Jackson $8000 of our special project stipends for his efforts on the BoCo merger over the past two years, Peggy seconded and the vote was unanimous. Peggy made a motion to give $1000 each to Dennis and David from our special project stipends for their efforts on numbers and communications respectively, Marti seconded and the vote was unanimous.
    
3. Jackson went over the letter to Roger regarding voluntary recognition for BoCo to join our union.
    
4. We discussed Jeff Jacobsen joining the bargaining team this summer. For the last bargain we paid him $12,000. Danny made a motion to hire Jeff Jacobsen for the bargain this summer, Marti seconded and the vote was unanimous.
    
5. Executive Committee please send non-Berklee email and cell phone to Will.
    
6. David Scott is setting up a survey for all faculty to contribute thoughts about the upcoming bargain.
    
7. We are planning an all-faculty meeting for March 9.
    
8. We discussed the upcoming election.
    
9. Stipends for the executive committee going forward were discussed. Danny made a motion to present new stipends at the all-faculty meeting on March 9, David seconded and the vote was unanimous.
