1. Minutes

MOTION: “To approve minutes of Union Executive Committee meeting on April 16, 2020.” (EPSTEIN)

SECOND: BOWER

VOTE: unanimous approval, motion carries

2. Meeting with College

SILVIO summarized meeting with College, including discussions about endowment and revenue losses. College invited Union to offer concessions, as senior administrators were encouraged to make salary concessions. Presently, College has no plans to draw on endowment, beyond standard annual rate (4.5%). No insurance coverage. Union and College will meet again on Wednesday, April 29. Discussion followed.
