Call to order 1:05p.

1. Minutes

MOTION: “To approve minutes of Union Executive Committee meeting on April 23, 2020.” (CECERE)

SECOND: MASTERS

VOTE: unanimous approval, motion carries

2. Meeting with College

SILVIO summarized meeting with College. Any change would need to be ratified by faculty. Discussion followed. Informal “vote” on whether or not to extend May 1 deadline resulted in a collective decision not to offer extension.

3. Grievance

SILVIO filed grievance on behalf of Conservatory faculty who were not notified of reappointment according to terms of Agreement.
