1. Minutes

MOTION: “To approve minutes of Union Executive Committee meeting on June 11, 2020 and General Membership Meeting on June 15, 2020.” (CECERE)

SECOND: MASTERS

VOTE: unanimous approval, motion carries

2. Faculty Return-to-Work Accommodations

SILVIO summarized recent meeting with Eileen Alviti; 500 faculty contacted with “return to campus” invitation; College following EEOC guidelines, on guidance of legal counsel; additionally, College is trying to be flexible and accept all reasonable requests for accommodations. SILVIO and ALVITI will draft letter to faculty, to clarify procedures and ease anxiety. Discussion followed, with emphasis on return-to-work conditions and concerns.
