1. Minutes

MOTION: “To approve minutes of Union Executive Committee meeting on May 7, 2020.” (SEITZ)

SECOND: MASTERS

VOTE: unanimous approval, motion carries

2. GRIEVANCE: Non-notice of reappointment

Absence of notice to Boston Conservatory for reappointment. SILVIO will notify Conservatory faculty.

3. BOCCE update

BOCCE roll-out will go ahead as planned.

4. Student Surveys

Student surveys continued to May 11, after grades were published. Surveys should not be used in performance and reappointment evaluations.

5. Faculty-Staff Relief Fund

MOTION: “To donate $3,000 to Faculty-Staff Relief Fund.” (SCOTT)

SECOND: EPSTEIN

VOTE: unanimous approval; motion carries

6. Faculty availability

EPSTEIN discussed expectations that faculty are *always* available.
